The View Restaurant and Lounge

June 20, 2017

Have you ever been to a 360 rotating restaurant on the 48th floor where you can see NYC from above? Well if you want to experience this, keep on reading!

The View Restaurant and Lounge.
Address: 535 Broadway, New York 10036

No need to explain the big draw at the View, which is situated on top at the Marriott Marquis in Midtown, in the heart of Times Square. Don’t worry about getting a good seat—it’s the only rotating restaurant in New York, turning a full revolution every hour so the entire dining room gets the full panorama. But if you do want a window seat reserve a seat as early as possible! The dinner prix-fixe and brunch buffet menus at the restaurant offer up American/Continental fare. This is one of the best places to view the big city whether it is during the day or at night, visitors can take in a complete view of the New York skyline in an hour while sipping cocktails. I've been wanting to come here for awhile and decided to surprise my dad and brother to a father's day brunch here. They had many assortment of foods to choose from, so your stomach will be happy an full after you leave. It was such an amazing experience, I would definitely recommend!

  2. I just came back from NYC and went up the Empire State Building. Boy was that expensive. I think a better alternative would be going to a restaurant like this as high up in the sky as possible. At least you get a meal for the price of the ticket to the Empire State Building!

  5. Wow! The view from The View is spectacular! I've only been to New York once, back in January 2015 - while I did go up the Empire State and the Chrysler buildings, I was there when Blizzard Juno hit, so everything was pretty much covered in snow and the views weren't amazing. Going to remember these tips for saving a bit of money and still getting amazing views when I head back x
