Face Masks for Traveling

Traveling can take a toll on your skin. I've had many experiences where my skin reacted bad during long haul flights, different climates, different food reactions and of course sun exposure. Prepping your skin pre and post travel is very important and here are some of my favorite tips.

Personally, I suffer from dry and sensitive skin. Moisturizer is my best friend and is a skincare staple in my routine. I always bring it with me during my travels. An effective way to treat your skin while traveling for me has always been sheet masks. With many restrictions on what you can and cannot bring on your flight, sheet masks have never been a problem. It's compact enough to fit in any carry-on bag, purse, or backpack. Also packing extra masks in your checked luggage is must so you can pamper yourself throughout your travels.

One of my favorite sheet masks that I've came across definitely has to be from Skin Forum. The Botanical Fuse sheet masks line will satisfy your skins needs. These masks will hydrate, nourish and care for your skin and address the skincare concerns resulting from traveling. What I love about this brand is that it's  dermatologist tested, paraben free, gluten free, and cruelty free. You can use one mask a day, everyday to pinpoint different needs for your skin. It's also very affordable and won't break the bank when it comes to treating your skin. I love all these masks for different reasons so it's hard to chose which one is my favorite. I'm a huge fan of cute packaging and these masks are super fun with the holographic detail. I love applying these masks during a long flight even if I get some weird stares, but hey at least by skin will be hydrated by the time I reach my destination! I also apply masks right before going to sleep, so I can have rejuvenated supple skin for the next day. I definitely recommend this brand, the customer service is amazing.

  2. Thank you for the post! Though I'm a big fan of face masks I've never used these ones. Gotta try them out :) I've got a question, can you apply any butter from time to time afterwards? Like, for example, this Mango Butter? Or is it too much? I've got really dry skin and it seems like masks I use are not enough :(
